Values on a wall don’t mean much. These are the five commitments every KAAPA team member carries with them — not as policy, but as practice.

Recognition

Quarterly Awards

Every quarter, five team members are recognized by their peers for excelling in one of our value categories: Empowering Employees, True Grit, Collaboration Catalyst, Industry Leader, and Excellence Everyday. Winners receive recognition from senior leadership, a $500 bonus, and a personalized award.
